Our “No Risk” Guarantee

During the claims process, Cheselden will fund all the legal fees and third party costs (disbursements) until the case has been resolved.   When the case is successful, Cheselden’s costs are covered by a pre-arranged agreement with you or your family.  You pay us an agreed proportion of any compensation or damages that you are awarded, so there are no “out of pocket” costs for you to pay.

If a case is unsuccessful, we will not charge for fees or costs – so there is no risk or expense to you or your family in the unlikely event that your case does not succeed.

We promise to be straightforward to deal with and transparent at all times.  Any action that we take will not detrimentally affect any level of care that you or the patient is currently receiving.
